In 2016, Integro Technologies won a tender for technical support and maintenance of the Automated Marketing Management System (hereinafter, AMMS).

Technical support for the Automated Marketing Management System that comprises two architecturally and functionally independent systems: “Loyalty” and “Profitability” for FPC.

Implementation and maintenance of the “Loyalty” system that ensures the operation of the “RZhD-Bonus” program.

Implementation and maintenance of the "Profitability" system that provides the dynamic development of fares for all train segments for a specific departure date, depending on the train and carriage types.

Development and implementation of a system that would make it possible to book a few classes within one type of carriage.

Conduct the necessary analysis, taking into account the current market trends and historical data, and issue recommendations to a fare analyst concerning changes in the fare amount.

The technical support of AMMS and its subsystems («Loyalty» and «Profitability») is provided using the «Integration Server» and Revenue Manager system (RM) platforms implemented on the Saber AirVision platform.

The developer of Saber GLBL Inc. Revenue Manager basically uses a common hybrid revenue management platform (Hybrid O&D RM). This solution allows one to fully take into account all the aspects of the market trends on both unregulated and softly or tightly regulated supply/demand markets.

RM provides the calculation of fares for JSC «FPC» trains in two modes: batch (night) processing and daytime optimization.

The integration server provides the interaction between RM and ACS «Express-3», the JSC Russian Railways’ inventory system.

During night processing, inventory data on all sales for JSC «FPC» trains for one day arrives from the Russian Railways’ ACS «Express-3» system. RM receives this information through the Integration Server and develops fares for all train segments for each departure date, by checkpoints.

During daytime optimization, RM receives real-time data on the sales/refunds/cancellations of tickets and, based on this information, recalculates fares and sends them to the «Express-3» ACS for sales.
