Automation of the processes of real-time long-term planning and management of the airport's mobile and stationary resources that provide ground handling of aircraft on the ramp and servicing of passengers in the terminals

Production platform that performs the tasks of automating the planning and operational management of resources of airport services that provide the ground handling of flights. The platform modules make it possible to automate the management of both mobile resources, such as ramp equipment, personnel of all levels and specialties, and stationary resources, such as check-in counters, boarding gates, boarding ramps, baggage carousels, etc.). The solution makes it possible to optimize the use of resources while maintaining the required SLA level of airlines for departing flights and the service provided to passengers inside the terminals, as well as minimizing the risk of non-compliance with the airline's SLA when performing AC ground handling.
    • Operational management of the production personnel of services that monitor compliance with SLA within the framework of aircraft ground handling processes on the airport ramp.
    • Operational management of the production personnel of the services providing passenger servicing during check-in and AC boarding.
    • Operational management of production personnel of services that providing passenger meeting services and transit processes, incl. servicing of special types of passengers.
    • Operational management of production personnel and equipment of ramp services that perform AC maintenance on airport ramp.
    • Operational planning of stationary airport resources in order to ensure the daily flight plan of airline flights.
    • Operational planning of check-in counters in terminals for servicing airline passengers.
    • Collecting data on the actual times of aircraft ground handling processes on the airport ramp in order to monitor compliance with the airlines' SLA.
    • Strategic and short-term planning of workload and logistics needs in the performance of the airport's daily flight plan.
    • Strategic and short-term planning of personnel shift schedules, ground handling of airline flights.
    • Accounting for attendance and maintaining a time sheet of the who perform ground handling of airline flights.
    • Keeping records of the periods of validity of personnel's admissions to production tasks.
    • Generation and updating the production tasks of personnel performing the ground handling of airline flights.
    • Automated assignment of production tasks to personnel performing ground handling of airline flights, with consideration for the following factors: availability of the required staff qualifications and their level of proficiency, uniformity of distribution of tasks, location of resources on the route network relative to the location of previous tasks, etc.
    • Informing performers about the appointment, change and cancellation of flight ground handling production tasks.
    • Monitoring the execution status and deviations from the plan of production tasks of flight ground handling, automated application of steering activities for eliminating or minimizing the impact of deviations.
    • Monitoring and resolving conflicts between personnel production tasks.
    • Collecting data on the actual times of performing flight ground handling tasks on the airport ramp.
    • Collecting data on the reasons and codes of ground handling delays on the airport ramp.
    • Plotting a workload curve for production tasks, ramp equipment and stationary airport resources.
    • Analyzing the coverage of the workload by the available resources.
    • Simulating the schedules of personnel shifts and plans of involving equipment required to cover the workload.
    • Generating reports on planning results.
    • Planning the working schedules of personnel shifts.
    • Recording the personnel number and maintaining the time sheet of personnel performing the ground handling of airline flights.
    • Keeping records of the validity of personnel admissions to the execution of tasks.
    • Improving the punctuality of flight departures through optimized resource allocation that makes it possible to ensure the availability of required staff and equipment in the right place, at the right time to perform work, which in turn ensures the timely release of aircraft and reduces the risk of violating the airline’s SLA.
    • Increasing the volume of tasks solved by existing staff and equipment due to optimizing algorithms that make it possible to take into account many business factors in planning and operational distribution of work orders.
    • Reduction of voice communication between dispatchers and performers of production tasks to 80% due to information exchange in real time using the Mobile Dialogue for PDA, which make it possible to provide the required information to all interested parties and reduces the need for voice communication, eliminating errors inherent in this communication method.
